Kindly note that SACRRA does not handle disputes related to information contained in your credit report. Should you wish to lodge a dispute regarding information appearing on your credit report kindly contact any of the credit bureaus listed below. Should your dispute not be resolved to your satisfaction after 21 business days, you can escalate your complaints to the National Financial Ombud Scheme at www.nfosa.co.za
